I Did my research in Project-concentration in community development and Management at Atlantic international University, I did project research, Designing, Monitoring and evaluation at SOS KDI. I worked in Emergency relief at WFP under UNDP and UNV, I worked over 4 years in Community development Project to sustain Vulnerable Family including child rights,Youth Training Programme, I am current over 18 yeas in Managerial roles.

CWT-Aquarius Shipping International- Responsible to oversee Logistics Operations Tete to Beira, Malawi to SA, Insure import & exports documents are in order,Vessel Planing, Documents submission and clearance in JUE system, link with clients, Transporters,monitor, mid and monthly reports.
Coordinated projects designing for OVCs, Youth, Home base care, Education, and Incoming generating Activities,Implementing and evaluation, marketing and fundraising, Promote child and OVC care and human rights, strengthen key stakeholders participatory, monitor KPIs, Projects attained sustainability and build self-reliance, partnerships, Led development of the program Led Administration.
Food Aid and distribution in Districts, Transport & logistics Planning, Monitoring, designing, Food for work, coordinate, liaison with implementing partners & local government, Monthly Stocks reports and plans.
